By purchasing digital products, including eBooks, PDF downloads, and other online materials from Zenoebook.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Payment & Refund Policy

All transactions for digital products are securely processed through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe, which use SSL encryption to protect your payment information. Your payment details are not stored by us at any point.

Since our products are digital, they are considered “used” once downloaded or accessed. However, we stand by the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. To initiate a refund, please submit a request through our refund form at Refund request  or open a dispute via Stripe.

Zenoebook.com reserves the right to modify any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, purchase terms, and product offerings, without prior notice.

Delivery of Digital Products

If you do not receive your purchased digital product after payment, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your transaction details, and we will ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible.
